Darlene is the Group Manager for Caroline FunTeam Hockey. She puts the needs of the kids ahead of anything else all while taking care of the resposnibilites of the Group Manager. She promotes the values of FunTeam no matter the circumstance and makes sure the players are always comfortable. 

Even with the 2019-20 season was in jeopardy due to a lack of registrants Darlene made it work. Even though the 12 players were spread out over a large age range, she did all she good so the kids could still play and have an outlet to be social and have fun within their community.

Thank you to Nicky and Ryan for his nomination but also to Darlene for her contributions to the program in Didsbury and her continued work to make hockey focused on fun.
